Guarantee – Wisper E-bikes have a ten year warranty on frame, and forks, and two year warranty on Battery. As a super hub for Wisper, we have the largest selection of E-Bikes in the Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire area.

Warranty – All Electric Bikes come with Warranties. The separate components have different warranties periods ranging from 1 to 4 years. The Frames have four years warranty, The Battery two years warranty, twelve months on all other parts. This warranty plus our Guarantee makes our bikes unbeatable! Wisper E-bikes have a ten year warranty on frame and forks, two year warranty on batteries. Wisper Electric Bikes come with a ten year frame warranty, and a two year battery warranty, on purchase.

Quality – Each bike is hand-made in our factory in China and we are proud of the quality of workmanship and the choice of technical innovations. All of our products are tested to EN15194, the latest safety standards by which Electric bikes are tested.
